I’m Semmie. This is my blog. And yes, I am barefooted.

Some days, this is a blog about theology. Some days, it is a blog about culture. Some days, it is about my latest craft. And very soon, it will be about the Detroit Tigers a little bit, too. Most days, it is just about an opinionated girl who likes to write.

I live in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Sometimes I wish I lived somewhere more exciting, like Seattle, but most days, I am thankful to be in such a laid back part of the world. It enables me to feed my obsessions–reading, sewing, paper crafting, ore boats, Lake Superior, writing, writing, writing.
